Your Google account & Maths Studio

Google sign-in is used to access Maths Studio. It does not give us access to your Google Classroom, Drive, Gmail or Google password.

Information used for sign-in

Google provides an account identifier, basic profile and verified email address. Our sign-in session stores a hashed account identifier and your first name. We do not store your Google password, email address or Google access tokens in the Studio session.

Your session

A secure cookie keeps you signed in for up to 12 hours. Signing out removes that session. Expired session records are removed during subsequent sign-in activity. Signing out here does not sign you out of Google.

Your learning progress

Practice results, bookmarks and checklist selections are stored in your browser, separately for each Google account. They do not sync to other browsers or devices. You can remove them using “Clear this device’s learning history” in Maths Studio or by clearing browser data. Signing out leaves this saved progress for your next visit.
